Route Solutions is a grain hopper car operator headquartered in Astana. We focus on one job: getting grain from Kazakhstan to where it is needed.
How we work
Grain logistics doesn't break on the kilometres — it breaks at the handoffs: a car that never arrived, a lost certificate, three days waiting at a border crossing. We built the company around these three points and take full responsibility for them.
The exporter doesn't need an in-house logistician, a separate forwarder in every transit country or a broker at the border. One contract, one rate and one dispatcher who knows where every car of your lot is.
Our principles
- The rate doesn't grow in transit. The price is fixed in the contract for the volume and period.
- Specialized fleet only. Grain travels in hopper cars, not in whatever is available.
- Bad news arrives on time. We report a delay the same day, not after arrival.
- Documents are on us. Paperwork is already in the rate — no separate invoices.
Twelve years on the rails
The start
The company is registered in Astana. First shipments: domestic grain deliveries to flour mills in Kazakhstan.
First export
The Uzbekistan route opens via Saryagash. We start preparing documents and certificates in-house.
Our own fleet
The first 200 hopper cars on long-term lease. A 24/7 dispatch service is launched.
China route
Regular shipments via Dostyk and Altynkol. We master work with customs posts at the crossings.
Caspian and Iran
Multimodal routes via Aktau and transfer to standard gauge for Iran are launched.
A million tonnes
We pass 1 million tonnes in a season. The fleet exceeds 900 cars.
Today
Over 1,200 cars, 2.4 million tonnes a year and 11 countries on the route network.
